If a deposit is credited to your account in error, you agree to notify feng4 immediately. feng4 reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits and adjust account balances accordingly.
You may request a withdrawal after completing identity verification (KYC) and meeting any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name matching the account details provided during registration.

feng4 does not charge withdrawal fees. You receive 100% of your requested withdrawal amount. However, your bank may charge receiving fees or intermediary bank fees, which are beyond feng4's control.
feng4 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or if fraud or money laundering is suspected. If you have an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, you must either complete the wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus before withdrawing. Withdrawal requests can be canceled by the player before processing is complete.

Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to meeting wagering requirements for any active bonuses). Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your account history or transaction records.
If your account remains inactive (no login or betting activity) for 12 consecutive months, feng4 may classify it as dormant and charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance is depleted or you reactivate your account. We will notify you via email before applying dormancy fees.
